A: Before presenting each property to you, values are extensively research using online current and historical resources, site visits and the Hometrack Valuation tool.
When the acquisition process begins, RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) are the experts at assessing a property’s true market value and will be your arms length assurance that you are getting a truly discounted deal. In the event of a disagreement on values or downvaluation, you, the client are under no obligation to proceed, we will cover your aborted costs and present you with the next deal.
